1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ILMA Digital Academy’s (“IDA”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website, services, and 8-Week Digital Marketing Career Accelerator program. By accessing our website or enrolling in our services, you (“Student”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are enrolling on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services Description
ILMA Digital Academy provides:
- 8-Week Digital Marketing Career Accelerator program
- Hybrid learning (online + classroom) and full classroom options
- Live projects, mentorship, and placement support
- Course materials, assessments, and certifications
3. Eligibility and Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs.
Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.
4. Course Enrollment and Access
Program Duration
The 8-Week Digital Marketing Career Accelerator runs for exactly 8 weeks from the start date.
Attendance Requirements
- Minimum 80% attendance required for certification
- Hybrid and classroom sessions have mandatory components
- Make-up sessions may be available at our discretion
Access Period
Course materials remain accessible for 6 months after program completion.
5. Payment Terms
Fees
- All fees are clearly stated at enrollment
- Prices are subject to change but won’t affect existing enrollments
- Payment plans may be available as specified in enrollment documents
Late Payments
- Late fees of 2% per month may apply to overdue payments
- Access may be suspended for payments more than 15 days overdue
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
- All course materials, videos, presentations, and content are proprietary to IDA
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited
Student Work
- You retain rights to original work created during the program
- IDA may use student work for promotional purposes with attribution and consent
- Live project work may involve third-party intellectual property considerations
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Share or distribute course materials outside the program
- Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
- Engage in disruptive behavior during classes or online forums
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
- Use our services for any illegal activities
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other students or staff
8. Privacy and Data Protection

Photo/Video Policy

10. Code of Conduct

- Plagiarism will result in program termination without refund

11. Limitation of Liability
Service Provision
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties
- We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content
- Technical issues beyond our control aren’t our responsibility
Damages
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program
- We aren’t liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- This includes lost income, business opportunities, or career advancement
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify IDA against claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Misuse of course materials or systems
- Actions taken during live projects or internships
- Any content you submit or share
13. Termination
By IDA
We may terminate your enrollment for:
- Violation of these Terms or Code of Conduct
- Non-payment of fees
- Disruptive behavior affecting other students
- Academic dishonesty
By Student
- You may withdraw subject to our refund policy
- Written notice required for formal withdrawal
- Access to materials terminates upon withdrawal
Effect of Termination
- All rights to access course materials terminate
- Outstanding fees remain due
- Confidentiality obligations continue
14. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law and courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
Dispute Process
- Direct communication with our grievance officer
- Mediation through agreed mediator
- Legal proceedings in Bangalore courts if necessary
15. Force Majeure
We aren’t liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue in full effect.
